Help us as we bring together the Ronald McDonald Charities South Texas, the HEROS ON THE WATER Coastal Bend Chapter, Warrior’s Weekend, Objective 22, Healing Hands for Kids, and the Davis Kalogridis Foundation. These six important organizations consistently give the support, supplies, and resources to those in need and now we can help them by raising awareness and funds for their causes.
Our Labor Day Weekend Music Festival (September 1-3) features the Army Redfish Anglers FORCE ON FORCE TV Series from the Sportsman Channel and the Fin Factory’s Rey Del Mar Kayak Fishing Tournament ( with $10,000 on the line for King of the Sea).
Then, the REEL FUN FEST follows on September 21-23, featuring the Elite Fishing Championship Series Solo Tour, from the Discovery Channel and 2nd Annual Marker 37 KIDS FISHING DERBY.

The Davis Kalogridis Foundation (501.3c) is bringing together the best of the best Fishing Tournaments to the Coastal Bend to support our Veterans and Cancer Foundations. Fin Factory’s Rey Del Mar Kayak Fishing Tournament will bring in 200 Anglers to battle the sea, the bay and the beach for the Crowns. With Ten Thousand Dollars on the line, they will bring it ALL to see who will be crowned the King Of The Sea! And The FORCE-ON-FORCE TV Army Redfish Anglers Go Deep for the Big REDS to claim the RINGS while filming their EPIC Television Series supporting our Veterans! Marker 37 Marina will host this one-of-a-kind event featuring Top Local Musical Artists: Michael Burtts, Flying Free Band, and Rich Lockhart. There will be DJ Entertainment, Vendors, Sponsor Tables, with Food and Drinks Specials by Snoopy’s. This is a Free Event Hosted by Marker 37 Marina. Exclusive Hotel Sponsor: Wyndham Hotel. Meet the Pro Anglers from the National Elite Fishing Series, Pat Malone and his team of Pros will take this National Solo Tour Series to its final Glory here on Padre Island, Texas! And catch the energy of the 2nd Annual Marker 37 KIDS FISHING DERBY. This is a collaboration of hearts full of love to help raise awareness and proceeds for the non-profit foundations to be able to give more care to those in need. There will be DJ Entertainment, Raffles, Silent Auction, Vendors, Sponsor Tables, with Food and Drinks Specials by Snoopy’s. This is a Free Community Event Hosted by Marker 37 Marina. - A PRO-AM COMMUNITY TOURNAMENT on the 20th to include VIP’s to fish with the Pros
- This is a touring Championship Series featuring Pro Angler

Since last year, 2021, the live music has been moved to the deck entrance. As I just show up for the bands on Friday nights at 7 pm, it is very disappointing that enjoying the water and sunset views are mutually exclusive to watching the musicians. The entrance to Sunset pier was gated and locked.

We have our boat slipped here and we love it. The work they have done is awesome to see! Fishing pier, bait stand, gas station, restaurant, and bar all in one!
