MORE THAN JUST A MARINA
Let us host your next event with more than 10,000 square feet of beautiful wooden decking, private cabanas, covered shading, several bars, and plenty of indoor/outdoor dining. Enjoy live music while you watch the sunset. Our newly renovated waterfront property is located on North Padre Island overlooking the stunning views of Laguna Madre. We offer a year-round venue to host an array of events. We can accommodate any party, large or small to customize the special occasion of your dreams. No event is too small!!!
Our Executive Head Chef is available on-site to prepare a variety of fine cuisine menu options to your specifications. Attendees can enjoy a nice meal, a cold beer or a signature, hand-crafted cocktail, all this while enjoying the best sunset view on the Laguna Madre.
Enjoy our many activities offered such as shuffleboard, darts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole and other games, all available for a good time and family-friendly fun.

SUNSET DECK
A spacious area that can hold up to 300 people. The Sunset Deck has ample seating available with shade. An outside bar to serve your guests. A dedicated area for music, to which we can arrange a band or DJ if needed. Plenty of dance floor space to kick up your heels and party. Gorgeous sunset views 365 days of the year to capture the memories of your event.

POLYNESIAN PAVILION
The Polynesian is a covered space with available picnic-style tables (table and/or other) and a dedicated full bar that holds just under 100 people. Its open door and slat structure give it an open feel while providing protection from weather.
The Pavilion is ideal for fishing tournaments, bingo nights, corporate parties and retreats, team-building meetings, birthday parties, graduations parties, anniversary parties, weddings, and the list goes on! Electricity is available for small music sets or DJs.

The Grand Deck is an outdoor space with available picnic-style tables and plenty of games.Â
The Grand Deck is ideal for fishing tournaments, bingo nights, corporate parties and retreats, team-building meetings, birthday parties, graduation parties, anniversary parties, weddings, and the list goes on! Electricity is available for small music sets or DJs.

PARADISE PIER
A 600’ pier that overlooks the waters of the Laguna Madre that can hold up to 200 people. Plenty of shading provided with twelve (12) individual canopies with bench seating. Perfect spot for just a day of relaxing or just sitting by the water’s edge watching a beautiful sunset while enjoying a wonderful time with family and friends.
THE BOARDWALK
A 350’ boardwalk just off the waters of Laguna Madre that can hold up to 250 people. The Boardwalk is lined with paintings and carvings from several talented local artisans. Five (5) cabanas with 32/seats each are positioned perfectly along the open area that provide covering and shading for up to 160 people. Perfect spot for just a day of relaxing or just sitting by the water’s edge watching a beautiful sunset while enjoying a wonderful time with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time fishing at Marker 37! The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Thank you for making our school group feel welcomed and special. We made great memories!!!

Since last year, 2021, the live music has been moved to the deck entrance. As I just show up for the bands on Friday nights at 7 pm, it is very disappointing that enjoying the water and sunset views are mutually exclusive to watching the musicians. The entrance to Sunset pier was gated and locked.

We have our boat slipped here and we love it. The work they have done is awesome to see! Fishing pier, bait stand, gas station, restaurant, and bar all in one!
